Nostradamus Solitaire

Inspired by the mysteries of Nostradamus, this medieval numerical solitaire takes you on a journey through time.

The game begins with a board of eighty numbered tiles, from 0 to 9. Legend says they were once shuffled by Nostradamus himself in a secluded attic in Provence.

Pair neighboring digits that are equal or differ by one to uncover the Hidden Chronicle of Time. The resulting number becomes a year and reveals the event foretold for it. Each cleared board reveals the Chronicle of New Centuries filled with prophecies for years yet unborn.

How a solitaire unfolds

1. Select two neighbouring digits that are equal or differ by one (0‑0, 0‑1, 1‑2… 8‑9).
2. Each pair adds years to your path: the larger digit becomes tens, the smaller — ones. Equals double: 5 + 5 = 55 years.
3. After each move, the matched pair vanishes, digits move up, and empty columns shift left.
4. Clear the entire board to reveal a prophecy of the future.
